Information we receive

When you contact RAM AI or request updates, you may provide contact details and the information you choose to include about your business or workflow. Website tools may also process technical information such as page views, device and browser characteristics, approximate location derived from network information, and event names for completed actions.

How we use it

We use contact-request information to respond, discuss a requested service, and operate the website. We use aggregated or event-level website information to understand site performance and improve the pages and service discussions.

Analytics and site tools

On the production domain, Google Tag Manager may load Google Analytics 4 after Consent Mode defaults are set. Analytics and advertising-related storage are denied by default and are updated only when a visitor makes a cookie choice. Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights are used for website usage and performance measurement.

Email requests

RAM AI uses Resend for website-originated update and contact-related email delivery. A request for updates is not a promise of a particular mailing-list, subscriber, or unsubscribe workflow.

Service providers and retention

Google, Vercel, and Resend process information under their applicable service and account settings. Current retention values have not been independently verified here; provider and account settings govern retention where those values are configured.

Healthcare and sensitive workflows

RAM AI can discuss BAA-supported configurations and applicable safeguards. Compliance depends on configuration, contracts, vendors, and customer use.
